Tracking student data.

SCRIBE Student Database System

SCRIBE is a web-based longitudinal student database system created by Xcalibur, Inc. It is designed to ensure compliance with federal data collection and student privacy requirements for GEAR UP programs nationwide.

SCRIBE is used to collect individual participant data. Individual participant data entry includes both students and student’s parent/guardians. The individual participant data that will be entered into SCRIBE includes all student services, such as tutoring, mentoring, college visits and career fairs, and family services, such as family information nights and family workshops.
